About This Role
- Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production, delivery in full, on time, within specifications, and at optimal cost.
- Define and drive operational financial goals and execute programs aligning with strategic plans and annual operating targets.
- Lead cross-functional operational activities including purchasing, production control, planning, manufacturing and test engineering, maintenance, and logistics; engage with executives and key customers for performance reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience managing end-to-end manufacturing operations as a Business Head.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry, preferably automotive electronics background.
- Based in Sriperumbudur, Chennai; work location and reporting to VP-Operations explicitly stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record managing P&L with strong business acumen and ability to improve financial results.
- Experienced in strategic operational leadership with demonstrated success in multi-disciplinary manufacturing functions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence executive and customer engagements.
