About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of payroll specialists delivering payroll services to clients.
- Serve as primary contact for client payroll needs, manage client relationships, and oversee billing for payroll services.
- Drive process innovation, mentor/train staff, ensure compliance with deadlines/budgets, and support business development efforts including cross-selling services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
- 7+ years of payroll administration experience including staff management.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation required; CPA or CMA license preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll laws, multi-state registrations and payroll software usage.
