About This Role
- Serve as functional and technical expert for Yardi Voyager 7s and RENTCafe, resolving user queries and system issues.
- Manage data inflow by uploading ETLs and serving as data custodian in Yardi.
- Collaborate with users and senior management to fulfill reporting needs, maintain daily system operations, and implement process audits.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology.
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager 7s or other ERP applications.
- Proficient knowledge of ERP modules, data migration, acquisitions, dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Candidates should be located in Bangalore or willing to relocate; standard shift timing is 12 noon to 9 pm.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate accounting, rental property management, and Yardi implementation preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and geographies.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, good time management, and ability to prioritize for results.
