About This Role
- Lead software development teams through all SDLC phases ensuring timely and quality delivery per service level agreements.
- Serve as technical expert and front-line client liaison for development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications and system integration.
- Mentor developers, manage project assignments, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive strategic IT initiatives and risk management within the department.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible software development experience.
- Proficiency with Windows and Unix operating systems and strong programming skills.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years of software development experience.
