About This Role
- Build and maintain scalable, reliable data platform supporting analytics, credit scoring, underwriting, and operational reporting for TB-scale datasets.
- Design and implement standardized data ingestion frameworks, data modeling patterns, and data governance (access controls, lineage, PII handling).
- Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business teams to translate ambiguous needs into platform roadmaps and deliver phased solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience building production-grade data/backend systems with end-to-end ownership of platform components.
- Proficiency with modern data stack tools: dbt, orchestration tools (Airflow/Dagster), cloud warehouses (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or Go and SQL fluency.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data storage, and data modeling.
