About This Role
- Coach Agile/Scrum team on principles, facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, and support continuous improvement and agile transformation.
- Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to plan product roadmaps, release plans, and quarterly objectives aligned with team capacity.
- Analyze and document business and functional requirements, translate them into user stories with acceptance criteria, and support product testing and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT projects.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Scrum Master in Agile IT development team and 3 years as Business or Functional Analyst.
- Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies; Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
- Work location onsite in Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra with hybrid work arrangement (minimum 3 days office).

- Experienced in collaborating in large, agile international industrial company environments or equivalent complexity.
- Capable servant leader with strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills to ensure team alignment and productivity.
- Skilled in breaking down complex problems into actionable tasks and maintaining detailed documentation to support agile processes and continuous improvement.
