About This Role
- Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and translate business and fraud management requirements into functional specifications for NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.
- Conduct data mapping, gap analysis, and fraud scenario assessments to support the implementation and validation of fraud detection and prevention solutions.
- Support solution design, functional validation, defect analysis, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Architects, Implementers, QA, and Product Management during implementation phases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience within Banking and Financial Services, specifically in fraud-management products or solutions.
- Hands-on experience with fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, or fraud detection solutions in product or implementation environments.
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in relevant domain as stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client-facing product implementation projects involving detailed requirements gathering and functional analysis related to fraud management.
- Strong understanding of banking payment systems and fraud scenarios, including rules, profiling, thresholds, and alerts across global payment methods.
- Capable of working in collaborative, cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions aligned with product capabilities and supporting testing activities.
