About This Role
- Lead Zero Trust security operations including incident response and access issue resolution to maintain secure user connectivity and business continuity.
- Operate and enhance Zero Trust platforms by implementing policies, troubleshooting issues, and supporting major incidents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, identity, cloud, and network teams to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of cybersecurity experience, with 4-6 years supporting Zero Trust solutions such as ZTNA, CASB, SWG, or SASE.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and cloud security concepts.
- Experience with automation tools or scripting (Python, Ansible, Salt, etc.) is desired but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 4-6 years as explicitly mentioned in the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience administering or supporting Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX) is highly valued.
- Experience with operational tools like ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, or automation frameworks enhances candidacy.
- Possession of relevant cybersecurity certifications (Security+, CISSP, GSEC, etc.) or network/cloud certifications (CCNA, AWS, Azure) improves fit.
