About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize automation solutions using Python, Selenium, and robotic process automation to improve Finance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities into automated workflows for predictive and cognitive finance solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance teams to transform data, support data-driven decision-making, and maintain clear technical documentation throughout automation projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology or related discipline.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience delivering automation solutions using Python and Selenium, including robotic process automation technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and working knowledge of SQL and databases for data management.
- Professional proficiency in English and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable and reliable automation pipelines within Finance or similar operational environments.
- Practically skilled in integrating scripting (Python, Selenium) with RPA and automation platforms, with exposure to embedding AI/ML capabilities.
- Comfortable working onsite in Hyderabad and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
