About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality consumer-facing web applications using React, Typescript, and JavaScript.
- Lead troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ensure robust state management and API integration for scalable web applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and engineering teams to build reusable components, support CI/CD pipelines, and drive engineering best practices including accessibility (WCAG) compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with significant expertise in web application development.
- Strong hands-on skills in ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, Redux, modern JavaScript, REST API and GraphQL integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing secure, performant, consumer-facing web applications with a strong understanding of web fundamentals and modular architecture.
- Proven ability to lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering standards in an Agile team environment.
- Familiarity with Consumer, Retail, eCommerce, or Direct-to-Consumer digital products, and usage of experimentation platforms, feature flagging, and A/B testing is an advantage.
