About This Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes on AWS.
- Develop and optimize Python and SQL code for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and reporting.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data to ensure accuracy, security, and reliability while collaborating with technical and business teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in data engineering or a closely related role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, including query writing and optimization.
- Hands-on experience designing and supporting data pipelines using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, Athena).
- Experience or understanding of insurance domain data and business processes.

- Experienced in building cloud-based data solutions in AWS within insurance or financial services domains.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiar with data modeling, data quality assurance, and collaborative cross-team environments.
