About This Role
- Lead design, implementation, and evolution of high-throughput, mission-critical microservices and event-driven enterprise systems.
- Drive architectural decisions, enforce development standards, and deliver resilient back-end and distributed messaging solutions using Core Java, Spring Boot, Apache Kafka, IBM MQ, Oracle, MongoDB, and containerized cloud platforms.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, manage incident troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on technical governance and agile delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or module lead role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 11/17/21), Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, Apache Kafka, IBM MQ/JMS, Oracle DB, and MongoDB.
- Experience with containerization platforms such as ECS or Red Hat OpenShift.
