About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Own full project lifecycle from requirements to deployment and production monitoring.
- Provide architectural leadership and mentor junior engineers; manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes and Docker.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years software development experience; at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
- Strong expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Apache Kafka and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines; BTech/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong leader with proven full lifecycle project ownership and systems design capability.
- Experienced in cloud-native infrastructure and distributed event-driven architectures.
- Background in telecommunications or high-concurrency fintech platforms is a plus.
