About This Role
- Lead architecture and technical delivery of large-scale, distributed enterprise systems with a focus on cloud-native microservices and event-driven platforms.
- Own end-to-end system design, technology evaluation, security governance, and integration strategies across multiple teams and globally distributed squads.
- Provide strategic technical leadership, enforce engineering standards, and mentor senior engineers and technical leads.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in senior technical lead, architect, or engineering leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Java (Java 11/17/21), microservices (Spring Framework), event-driven architecture (Apache Kafka), and polyglot databases (Oracle, MongoDB).
- Experience in financial services, banking, or large enterprise domains with a track record of delivering mission-critical systems.

- Experienced technical authority capable of leading strategic enterprise architecture across multiple tech stacks and teams.
- Proven ability to manage modernization initiatives, including legacy to cloud-native migrations and scalable distributed systems.
