About This Role
- Define and lead the end-to-end QA strategy, including test plans and release criteria for enterprise-grade financial services platforms.
- Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated functional and integration tests using tools like Selenium or Playwright, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and lead QA engineers, serve as single point of contact for project updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases and system stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of QA experience with strong expertise in test automation using Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in QA engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading QA teams and breaking down complex work into technical components for efficient testing.
- Familiarity or prior exposure to financial services domain, especially wealth management or trading, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, low-ego teams focused on maintainability and continuous improvement in software quality processes.
