About This Role
- Lead and coordinate applications systems analysis and programming activities within the technology team.
- Identify, define, and implement necessary system enhancements using programming and scripting tools.
- Consult with clients and technology groups to diagnose issues and recommend programming solutions, ensuring risk and compliance considerations are met.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years experience in applications development using Core Java (multithreading/concurrency/collections/transaction management), Springboot, RDBMS basics, Cloud concepts, Kafka, and Mongo.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience implementing new or revised application systems in collaboration with technology teams.
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in relevant applications development.

- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex application issues and implement solutions under pressure.
- Strong background in system analysis with proficiency in Core Java and associated technologies within cloud environments.
- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders (users, clients, technology teams) for solution design and implementation.
