About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities for Java, Spring, and Microservices-based applications.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functionalities, define system enhancements, and drive new product deployments and process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise, establish coding and testing standards, and mentor mid-level developers and analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis with Java, Spring, and Microservices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects with demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Experience in Angular is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development, particularly Java/Spring/Microservices.
- Experienced in navigating complex system architectures and business process integrations.
- Capable of adapting priorities quickly and providing innovative solutions supported by strong communication skills.
