About This Role
- Design, build, and optimize AI-powered agents, workflows, and solutions using Microsoft AI technologies that address business challenges with measurable impact.
- Develop and integrate scalable AI applications across the organization leveraging Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and safe fallback behaviors.
- Lead full AI solution lifecycle including prototyping, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement with DevOps/MLOps/AIOps to maintain operational excellence and compliance with governance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in AI, ML or Data Engineering building production solutions on Microsoft AI platforms.
- Proficiency in Azure AI and ML services (Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services) and Microsoft Fabric including data integration technologies like Azure Data Factory and Synapse.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, API development (REST, GraphQL), and experience with DevOps/MLOps pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Azure AI certifications are highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and deploying agentic AI solutions with strong familiarity in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Foundry, indicating a hands-on, technical operating style.
- Comfortable handling the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle including collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready AI and data solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build reusable AI components and engineering standards reflecting strategic fit within an AI Centre of Excellence environment.
