About This Role
- Develop automated testing frameworks to validate AI models including non-deterministic outputs and agent decision pathways.
- Perform bias, hallucination, boundary, and regression testing on multi-agent AI graph applications.
- Collaborate with engineers by logging failures and fixing logical issues in AI-driven graph systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–7 years of Software Quality Assurance experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI, ML, or data-intensive application testing.
- Strong Python programming skills for test automation, assertions, and CI/CD integration.
- Experience using AI evaluation/testing frameworks such as Ragas, DeepEval, Promptfoo, or LangSmith.
- Experience with REST API testing, PyTest framework, JSON validation, and Git workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing complex AI models and multi-agent systems with an emphasis on non-deterministic outputs.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining automated testing suites integrated into continuous delivery pipelines.
- Comfortable working in hybrid work environments and collaborating closely with engineering teams to resolve AI system issues.
