About This Role
- Lead SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO) consulting activities including workshops, requirement gathering, and design phases for large-scale SAP implementation and migration projects.
- Manage client interactions to define needs, provide SAP solutions primarily on S4 HANA Finance modules (AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank integrations, Taxation).
- Oversee support and end-to-end implementation processes using Agile methodology and tools like JIRA; ensure high-quality, creative problem-solving for client SAP needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-11 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling consulting, specifically with S4 HANA implementations or support.
- Mandatory skills: SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO), S4 HANA, experience with AR, AP, GL, Asset Accounting, Bank integrations, Taxation (US/India).
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field.
- Practical knowledge of Agile processes and JIRA; direct client engagement experience.

- Experienced in managing complex, large-scale SAP FICO implementation and migration projects with cross-functional financial modules.
- Comfortable leading consulting engagements with direct client communications and workshops to analyze and deliver SAP solutions.
