About This Role
- Drive financial insight via modeling, analysis, and reporting supporting strategic decision-making across the company.
- Manage financial KPIs, consolidate expenses, prepare financial reporting packages, and automate reports to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models for forecasting, variance analysis, and business case support, ensuring data integrity and clear communication to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Location requirement: Gurugram, India office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with financial reporting and analytics in fast-paced environments requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Comfortable working with technology or hardware/SaaS business models and familiar with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce).
- Capable of automating reporting and translating complex data into executive-level insights supporting strategic decisions.
