About This Role
- Lead presales solution design focusing on merchandising category management and retail operations.
- Define transformation roadmaps and articulate value propositions to clients during presales and client engagement.
- Manage post-deal activities including Statements of Work, resource planning, team setup, knowledge transfer, and process stabilization before operational handover.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of experience in the Retail domain with presales and solution design expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- Experience in developing client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and transformation roadmaps.
- Familiarity with retail analytics and operations tools/platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong retail domain expertise in merchandising category management and store operations.
- Experienced in managing end-to-end presales processes including proposal creation and client discussions.
- Capable of leading transition and delivery activities post deal closure with good stakeholder management skills.
