About This Role
- Lead large-scale technology programs including scope definition, project planning, prioritization, execution tracking, and delivery.
- Manage detailed project schedules, resource allocation, dependencies, technical documentation, and readiness assessments to ensure delivery alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, drive program governance, escalate risks/issues, and report on KPIs and deliverables to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Program Management, or Product Management with software services/platform features delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in cloud-scale systems and technical discussions.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex topics to varied audiences.
- Science-related degree or hands-on experience in life sciences, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or related STEM fields preferred; certifications like ITIL, PMP are a plus but not mandatory.

- Experienced in managing and delivering complex software engineering and data initiatives in ambiguous environments with strong ownership.
