About This Role
- Own and deliver Salesforce solutions including configuration, customization, and system design to meet client requirements.
- Manage client relationships and lead multi-member teams to ensure project objectives and Deloitte quality standards are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve workstream risks, improve process efficiency, and contribute to sector knowledge and global trends application.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting environment.
- Prior Salesforce experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Salesforce platform, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
- Experience leading client engagements and multi-member teams, with at least 3-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Graduate degree in Science or Engineering from a premier institute; Bangalore location with willingness to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in solution design, client management, and conducting Salesforce design & development workshops.
- Familiar with Salesforce implementation best practices, DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins), and capable of preparing all project documentation.
- Ability to lead teams, manage deliverables meticulously, and align client needs with emerging technology trends.
