About This Role
- Own operational health, reliability, security, performance, and lifecycle of enterprise Oracle APEX application portfolio.
- Lead AppOps/DevOps/DevSecOps practices including incident, problem, change, and release management with coordination across multiple teams and suppliers.
- Drive technical authority in Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, integrations, cloud technologies, and lead operational improvements, monitoring, and mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years experience working with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database supporting and leading enterprise application operations.
- Proven ownership of production application operations including incident, problem, change, release, and service-level management.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex enterprise Oracle APEX environment with strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, application architecture, security, and integrations.
- Operates at cross-functional level coordinating technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders for incident management, root-cause analysis, and operational improvements.
- Skilled in DevSecOps practices, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud infrastructure (Oracle Cloud or similar), and mentoring technical teams.
