About This Role
- Assess institutional language education programmes versus NEP 2020, identify policy gaps and design improvements for multilingual initiatives.
- Design and manage large-scale surveys and monitoring frameworks, develop KPIs, and produce institutional performance scorecards and funding inputs.
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder consultations, programme implementation, capacity building, and prepare strategic policy briefs and reports for senior Ministry officials.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, Public Policy, Sciences, Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in education policy, programme management, public sector advisory, or monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience with central/state education bodies or higher education institutions on programme implementation, policy support, institutional assessments, or surveys.
- Skills in research, analysis, programme planning, KPI design, survey design, benchmarking, stakeholder coordination, report writing, and data analysis tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in education policy and programme management within government or public-sector contexts, especially related to NEP 2020 or multilingual education initiatives.
- Strong operational ability to manage complex data collection, impact assessment frameworks, and multidisciplinary stakeholder coordination.
- Capable of strategic policy formulation translating research and data into actionable programme recommendations for senior government officials.
