About This Role
- Manage and oversee Middle Office Operations team ensuring accurate delivery of MOS outputs aligned with risk management best practices and client collateral margin monitoring.
- Lead rollout and operational execution of Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) service offerings and collateral-related technology projects, including reconciliation using internal and third-party tools like Tri Optima.
- Drive process improvements, establish succession planning, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, support client onboarding and due diligence activities, and ensure compliance with operational risk and audit requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10+ years of Financial Services experience with a strong background in collateral management.
- 5+ years of management experience leading teams.
- Mandatory experience with Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR), Acadia onboarding and usage, and Tri-optima suite (TriResolve, TriMargin, TriSettlements).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects desirable but not explicitly mandatory.

- Experienced leader with demonstrated ability to manage teams producing operational deliverables related to collateral management and margin requirements.
- Proven track record as business lead on regulatory and technology projects, specifically relating to collateral processes and UMR implementation.
- Familiar with operational risk management, client interaction for issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration in financial service environments dealing with hedge and mutual funds.
