About This Role
- Assess institutional language education programmes against NEP 2020 and identify policy gaps and opportunities.
- Design and administer large-scale institutional surveys; develop programme monitoring and impact assessment frameworks with KPIs and indicators.
- Coordinate multi-institution consultations, programme implementation, capacity-building workshops, and prepare policy briefs and reports for senior Ministry officials.
Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, Public Policy, Sciences, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in education policy, programme management, public sector advisory, or monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience working with central ministries, state governments, or higher education institutions on policy support, programme implementation, institutional assessments, and monitoring.
- Skills in research and analysis, programme planning, KPI and indicator design, survey design, benchmarking, stakeholder coordination, report writing, presentations, and digital data analysis tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with NEP 2020 and multilingual education initiatives like Bhasha Sangam or Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat.
- Capable of leading stakeholder coordination and managing complex programme assessments and monitoring within public sector education contexts.
- Proficient in translating analytical findings into actionable policy recommendations and capable of managing multi-institution implementation and capacity-building activities.
