About This Role
- Own and drive a forward-deployed delivery portfolio across multiple business lines using Databricks and Snowflake with measurable outcomes and scalable reuse.
- Set strategy and operating model for Forward Deployed Engineering in Hyderabad including intake, prioritization, staffing, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs ensuring privacy, security, compliance, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Deep expertise in Databricks and Snowflake including architecture, security, cost management, and operational excellence in large enterprises.
- Experience leading technology organizations and managing complex, enterprise-scale programs with executive stakeholder influence.
- Strong understanding of global data governance, privacy, regulatory requirements, enterprise metadata/catalog/lineage platforms, and modern data platform architectures.

- Experienced leader who can influence senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology in large enterprises.
- Proven ability to manage multiple portfolios and deliver complex data platform programs with clarity and execution discipline.
- Technically strong in multi-cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS ecosystem) with focus on privacy-by-design, governance, and risk compliance.
