About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for business applications, defining target architecture and aligning with enterprise strategy.
- Lead architecture and design decisions, ensure compliance with architecture principles and govern integration strategies including APIs and middleware.
- Act as senior technical escalation point for major incidents, oversee system updates, security compliance, and mentor consultants and developers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years overall IT experience, with at least 6+ years in designing and architecting enterprise solutions and 3+ years in architect or technical lead roles.
- Strong experience in solution architecture across application, data, integration, and security domains including APIs, event-driven interfaces, and middleware.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and planning migrations or upgrades of enterprise platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related engineering discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise architecture with a proven track record leading implementations from design to go-live in large scale environments.
- Strong knowledge and leadership in integration architectures, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance in Windows/Linux and database environments.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors architecture, HR systems integration (SAP, OpenText), and ITSM frameworks such as ITIL preferred but not mandatory.
