About This Role
- Own customer-focused testing practices for HPE storage products to enhance product quality and customer issue resolution.
- Design, implement, and execute tests to evaluate application feasibility and reproduce issues in customer-like environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, support, and escalation teams to analyze failures and accelerate debugging and resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree: BS/MS in Science or Engineering from a recognized university.
- Work Experience Required: At least 10+ years of relevant experience in storage and cloud technologies.
- Must have deep expertise in storage protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB, S3) and experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- Role requires onsite work primarily from an HPE office in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex, distributed storage and cloud environments with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell) to automate workflows and improve test efficiency.
- Collaborative operator comfortable influencing product quality through cross-functional engagement and customer-focused advocacy.
