About This Role
- Manage fixed-bid software development projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery through planning, risk, change, and release management.
- Drive technical execution by understanding architecture, dependencies, and implementation plans while managing engineering teams of 10+ members.
- Lead AI-enabled software engineering practices to improve productivity, ensuring quality, security, and compliance with AI governance and responsible AI principles.
Minimum Requirements
- 12 to 18 years total experience with at least 2 years in a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Manager role.
- Strong technical background in .NET, Microservices, MS SQL Server, CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native applications.
- Experience managing financial aspects including effort estimation, budget forecasting, resource planning, and project margin management.
- Experience using project management tools like Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing medium to large engineering teams within Agile delivery and SDLC frameworks.
- Background in Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skilled in adopting AI-assisted engineering tools and driving AI governance, security, and compliance in software development environments.
