About This Role
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, low-latency .NET backend services powering trading platforms involving authentication, pricing, and order handling.
- Handle live production issues and participate in code reviews, design sessions, and agile processes within a skilled product team.
- Collaborate with tech leads, stakeholders, and cross-company teams while continuously exploring new technologies to enhance platform performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5+ years of backend .NET/C# development experience with solid .NET Core and API skills; experience with high-load systems is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and messaging systems like ActiveMQ or Kafka.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience Required: 3–5+ years in backend .NET development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and optimizing high-performance financial or real-time data systems, preferably with a background in financial systems.
- Comfortable working in microservices and event-driven architecture environments using modern cloud and container technologies (Azure, Kubernetes).
- Proactive in owning mission-critical systems and collaborating effectively across teams in an agile setting.
