About This Role
- Deliver fullstack features involving React (TypeScript) UI and Java/Spring Boot backend services, managing end-to-end delivery including production support readiness.
- Lead technical design for moderately complex initiatives covering APIs, data models, and integration patterns, and maintain architecture/design documentation.
- Build and improve automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, contract, UI) and CI/CD pipelines to increase release reliability and drive defect prevention.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST API design, React with TypeScript, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Working experience with AWS including cloud-native fundamentals (security/IAM, monitoring/operations).
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and quality gates using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., Claude AI) with rigorous human validation and ability to guide team on responsible AI use.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot across UI and service layers, and improve system architecture through data-driven insights.
- Experience leading technical design and contributing reusable solutions to improve developer productivity and team effectiveness.
