About This Role
- Lead and manage a forward-deployed delivery portfolio across multiple lines of business focused on Databricks and Snowflake, ensuring predictable execution and measurable outcomes.
- Set strategy and operating model for Forward Deployed Engineering in Hyderabad including engagement intake, prioritization, staffing, and governance.
- Oversee multi-functional enterprise-scale programs, establish reference architectures for lakehouse/warehouse solutions, ensure privacy and governance compliance, and communicate executive-level updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
- Deep expertise in Databricks and Snowflake including architecture, performance tuning, cost management, and security in large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of global data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements applicable to data platform engineering.
- Experience leading technology organizations, managing enterprise-scale programs, and executive-level stakeholder management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in managing complex, multi-portfolio data platform delivery programs in large enterprise or financial services environments.
- Strong strategic mindset to translate firmwide data and privacy policies into scalable technical architecture and operating models.
- Technical proficiency in modern data platforms including multi-cloud cloud-native solutions with significant exposure to enterprise metadata, data lineage, and distributed computing frameworks.
