About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, and automations to support multi-domain business processes.
- Build and orchestrate AI-driven workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and workflow automation tools like n8n, integrating AI with internal systems securely.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery including prototyping, testing, deployment, production monitoring, and ensuring alignment with IT risk, responsible AI, and enterprise architecture standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of overall software or solution development experience with hands-on AI application and automation development.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar AI-agent integration methods.
- Practical experience with n8n or equivalent workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) concepts.
- Solid understanding of API integration, authentication/authorization mechanisms like OAuth2 and SSO, and secure design practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full project lifecycle of AI-driven enterprise solutions, from requirements to deployment and monitoring.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams with collaborative communication and alignment across stakeholders.
- Technically proficient to integrate AI capabilities with business processes and enterprise systems including HR, ITSM, and IAM domains.
