About This Role
- Own the quality gate across mobile, web, and backend systems to minimize defects escaping to production and accelerate bug resolution.
- Design and execute test scenarios including regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing within Scrum commitments.
- Lead AI-driven QA initiatives to enhance testing automation and coverage, collaborating closely with developers and automation teams.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on QA experience with strength in test design, bug lifecycle management, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced tech environment with mobile, web, and backend systems.
- Understanding of automation concepts and test frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium; direct automation coding skills preferred but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: 2+ years in QA engineering.
