About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks and pipelines for MQTT protocol implementations using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Own testing deliverables including strategy, plans, roadmaps, quality, and timelines across multiple healthcare QA teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee QA resource planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance management.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in software testing with healthcare domain experience.
- 7+ years of expert proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core, including automation frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.
- Experience with MQTT protocol testing, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and REST API validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multiple QA teams and projects within healthcare software environments adhering to ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 standards.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills including debugging and log analysis for message brokers like Mosquitto, HiveMQ, or EMQX.
- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies with strategic ownership of test automation frameworks and test strategies.
