About This Role
- Help conceptualize, build, and scale an AI-powered Enterprise Reconciliation Platform for Capital Markets, partnering with Product Manager to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop and define reconciliation workflows and product capabilities across multiple reconciliation domains (trade, cash, settlement, corporate actions, accounting, etc.) with AI-driven innovation for predictive and autonomous operations.
- Translate business problems into product requirements and design user experiences to move operations towards exception-based management while defining enterprise platform integrations and capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in product management/product ownership and/or capital-markets operations or technology related to reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of capital markets trade/post-trade lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement and exception management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related discipline.
- Mandatory skill: NetOxygen - Functional experience; exposure to multiple asset classes preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in capital markets domain specifically reconciliation workflows and exception management across buy-side/sell-side operations.
- Able to combine domain knowledge with product thinking, technology (AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI), and commercial acumen to innovate product capabilities.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, integrating enterprise platforms with an emphasis on AI-driven automation and regulatory compliance.
