About This Role
- Own coaching and facilitation of cross-functional Agile teams driving self-organization and high-quality product delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, guide Product Owners on backlog prioritization, and remove organizational impediments to improve delivery flow and team maturity.
- Provide strategic Agile coaching across teams, leaders, and Agile Masters; promote Agile adoption; and leverage AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as Scrum Master with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe frameworks.
- At least 2 years of work experience in an MNC with a global team and experience working with leadership on transformational activities.
- Relevant degree in business administration, change management, economics, IT or comparable field.
- Demonstrated Agile mindset with experience in Agile practices, enterprise transformations, coaching, and mentoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced servant leader with strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills across teams and leadership.
- Capable of navigating complex organizational impediments using systems thinking and data-informed decision making.
- Familiar with AI tools for productivity, able to validate AI outputs, and ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
