About This Role
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and financial governance of multi-stream digital projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Manage cross-functional teams including developers, AI/LLM engineers, CMS specialists, vendors, and offshore partners while serving as main liaison for brand and global IT stakeholders.
- Oversee technical system integrations involving REST APIs, SSO, RBAC, and ensure compliance across multiple environments including FT, UAT, and Production.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex Web, CMS, or AI/Digital transformation projects in a fast-paced international corporate environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; certifications like CSM, PMP or PRINCE2 are strong pluses.
- Technical knowledge required: Sitecore CMS, REST APIs, .NET/C# applications, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, and proficiency in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale digital projects with multidisciplinary technical teams in international settings.
- Comfortable operating as the main communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, creating executive reports and change management communications.
- Strong familiarity with emerging AI workflows (Generative AI, LLM, RAG architectures) and content translation automation, indicating ability to handle cutting-edge digital modernization initiatives.
