About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms including custom apps and integrations.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical Salesforce solutions and support AI-driven transformation initiatives.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities such as Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering within the Salesforce ecosystem, contributing to AI strategy and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of total IT experience with minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and Integration Design.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is mandatory; Platform Developer II and Administrator or Sales/Service Cloud certifications preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting global stakeholders across multiple regions/time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling Salesforce solutions in complex, regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficient in integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems (SAP, middleware, etc.) and applying AI concepts to enhance business processes and customer experiences.
- Capable of operating in cross-functional, global teams, and mentoring junior developers within an Agile delivery framework.
