About This Role
- Operate the day-to-day delivery process of Amplified Squads within a Business Line, including squad lifecycle management and maintaining squad goal alignment.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of the Delivery Intelligence Platform as the single source of truth for delivery status, acting proactively on data signals and managing platform enhancements.
- Manage release communications, workflow hygiene, recurring meetings, reporting accuracy, knowledge enablement, and continuously automate repetitive operational tasks using AI and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in delivery operations, PMO, project coordination, release coordination or Jira administration in a technology company.
- Advanced Jira skills including JQL, boards, quick filters, components, versions, bulk operations and working knowledge of Jira automation rules.
- Proficient in Confluence and Slack for work communication and documentation.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools daily (e.g., Claude or equivalent) and ability to demonstrate automation/AI usage examples.

- Experienced in structured delivery operations supporting engineering/product teams with strong operational discipline and proactive issue resolution.
- Skilled in combining data-driven monitoring platforms with automation and AI agents to improve delivery hygiene and reporting accuracy.
- Comfortable engaging cross-functionally to onboard new teams, maintain processes, and balance detail orientation with efficient execution.
