About This Role
- Own and manage the operating system (data, cadence, tooling, automation) for 1-2 Business Lines' Amplified Squads, ensuring squad health and adherence to operating conventions.
- Lead the Delivery Intelligence Platform operations: define rules, perform UAT, drive adoption, and convert platform signals into actionable early warnings.
- Maintain and ship recurring automation or AI solutions to retire manual tasks quarterly; govern tooling standards, reporting, and a DAO-wide operations domain.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years in delivery operations, PMO, program coordination, or Atlassian administration in a fast-moving tech company, with 1+ year owning operations for a team or business line.
- Expertise in Jira (advanced JQL, dashboards, workflows, automation rules) and data quality management.
- Demonstrated experience automating manual processes using Jira automation, scripts, or AI with measurable productivity returns.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) in operational workflows; comfort with data reconciliation, throughput and cycle time metrics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operational leader with experience managing delivery systems and AI-augmented tooling in tech environments, comfortable influencing without authority across engineering and PM stakeholders.
- Data-driven and process-focused, treating process debt seriously and capable of writing practical operating documentation.
- Ambitious to progress to Delivery Lead role, actively owning escalation management, stakeholder alignment, and independent BL reviews.
