About This Role
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Partnerships, and International Expansion for Amazon Smart Commerce.
- Own delivery of ambitious goals including customer acquisition, adoption, retention, and revenue growth for emerging D2C brands.
- Build and lead a high-performing GTM organization and leadership team, defining scalable sales motions, customer segmentation, and demand-generation programs.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years building and leading large teams in matrixed organizations.
- 7+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting roles.
- 7+ years working with Data & AI technologies such as AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, or Storage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of scaling software or technology businesses, preferably targeting D2C brands or SMBs, with consistent delivery of outsized growth results.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to integrate strategy with execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments including C-level communication.
- Experience in digital and performance marketing with familiarity in AI-first or agentic commerce solutions.
