About This Role
- Lead and deliver technical initiatives involving F5 BIG-IP and AVI Load Balancers within complex environments.
- Design, implement, test, and manage projects related to load balancer upgrades, deployments, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, act as escalation point, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge of F5 BIG-IP (LTM/GTM/DNS/WAF) and AVI Load Balancers platforms.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, SSL/TLS, and application networking.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes), and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, or CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption across hybrid environments.
- Ability to provide technical leadership for high-availability, scalability, security, and resiliency improvements.
- Familiarity with integrating with application, platform, cloud, and security teams in a financial services or regulated industry environment.
