About This Role
- Own and lead AI/ML problem statements and applied data science workstreams within the Agentic AI platform initiative focusing on LLM evaluation, fine-tuning, and operationalization.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks, taxonomies, and metrics for benchmarking models and detecting anomalies.
- Build and maintain knowledge graphs, embeddings, and inference systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy production-scale AI solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in applied machine learning or NLP in production environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, model fine-tuning and evaluation, Python, and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j), knowledge graphs, cloud AI/ML services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and MLOps practices.

- Technical leader capable of independently driving domain-specific LLM evaluation and fine-tuning workstreams in a complex product environment.
- Experienced in production-scale AI deployments and able to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Deep expertise in generative AI, agentic AI workflows, knowledge graphs, and model evaluation methods.
