About This Role
- Develop and provide cross-organizational supply chain analytics to improve operational performance, profitability, customer service, and inventory goals.
- Lead and manage supply chain improvement projects, ensuring data integrity and development of KPI reporting and scenario models.
- Manage and maintain multi-year data repositories, dashboards, and reporting platforms while applying project management principles for multiple projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong project management experience including stakeholder management and timeline control.
- Proficiency in statistical tools (SPSS, Minitab, @Risk Palisade, Databricks) and analytics platforms (Power BI, Power Queries).
- Work time must accommodate 12 PM to 9 PM shift hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in identifying trends and root cause analysis through advanced analytical frameworks and statistical methods.
- Skilled in communication and collaboration with directors and managers in a high-visibility, cross-functional global role.
- Highly proficient with business intelligence tools and desired experience with Power-Automate, Copilot Studio, SQL scripting, and Python for automation and complex analysis.
