About This Role
- Own adoption and change management for internal AI incubation solutions across multiple regions and business units, ensuring sustained use at scale.
- Lead change impact assessment, stakeholder mapping, and hands-on support during rollout phases, integrating change milestones with project delivery.
- Evangelize AI within the organization through storytelling, demos, training, building a network of AI champions, and reporting adoption metrics to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-18 years experience in change management, transformation, or enablement with consulting background, preferably in management or technology consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, communications, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter certification, or equivalent.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) and related platforms (Notebook LLM, Synthesia, Beautiful.ai).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global technology rollouts and multi-region business change involving AI or digital tools.
- Capable of influencing senior executives and front-line teams through structured storytelling, facilitation, and data-driven adoption reporting.
- Comfortable working within cross-functional teams including project managers, AI architects, and HR to integrate change management seamlessly into product delivery.
