About This Role
- Lead requirement gathering, workflow and data analysis, and define detailed product and technical requirements for performance and analytics solutions.
- Serve as subject matter expert for Investment Performance & Analytics applications and manage end-to-end product development, including testing, rollout, and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop product roadmaps, manage project schedules, risks, and communicate status to senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Analysis, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of Performance & Analytics, Investment Accounting, and Financial Services domain.
- Experience with financial data modeling, SQL, and familiarity with software/product lifecycle development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product development, product management, or software solutions related to investment operations and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills combining quantitative analysis with technical proficiency, including working with large data sets.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
